Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Commercial Construction Sales Manager to remotely manage Cheyenne, WY and Fort Collins, CO accounts. You will lead field sales across construction projects, build direct relationships with end users, contractors and subs, and promote SBD solutions from planning through project completion.

The role requires 60% travel, a Bachelor’s degree preference, and 10+ years in sales or related fields.

Competenze

• 10+ years in sales, marketing or related field.
• Ability to build relationships with all levels of an organization.
• Proficient computer skills including SAP and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Lead engagement in major North American construction projects from pre-planning to closeout.
• Develop direct relationships with end users, contractors and subs to promote SBD solutions.
• Promote value-added products and customize solutions for project efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Develop project engagement plans aligned to milestones and customer needs.
• Monitor progress, budgets and report project metrics to leadership.
