Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Sales Manager to join our field sales team in Cheyenne, WY.

This remote/field-based role champions engagement across construction phases, building relationships with end users, contractors and subcontractors to promote SBD solutions and ensure project success from planning to completion. The ideal candidate has a track record in construction sales, strong budget and program management skills, and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of sales, marketing or related field.
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred.
• Proven construction project management experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to drive strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement in major North American construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Promote and implement value-added products and services to maximize project efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and issue resolution.
• Develop engagement plans for each project and align resources to milestones.
• Identify opportunities to add value and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, and report metrics to leadership.
