Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Commercial Construction Sales Manager to lead nationwide projects from Cheyenne, WY or Fort Collins, CO. The role emphasizes end-user collaboration, contractor partnerships, and delivering value-added product solutions.

Travel is about 60% with remote/field-based work. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and extensive sales and PM experience are highly valued for driving project success and profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering (preferred).
• 10+ years in sales, marketing or related field.
• Construction project management experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with all levels of an organization.
• Willingness to travel 60% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major North American construction projects with full engagement.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with end users, contractors and subcontractors.
• Promote SBD value-added solutions and customize them for project efficiency.
• Oversee contributions at all construction phases and coordinate with internal teams.
• Develop engagement plans aligning resources to milestones and customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to add value and improve customer satisfaction.
