Job summary

Nabholz Construction Services is seeking a professional with business development, marketing, or sales experience to join our Business Development team. The role concentrates on building and maintaining relationships that generate construction, industrial, and service project opportunities.

Heavy emphasis on integrity and strong work ethic; regional overnight travel will be required. Applicants should have 4-year college education, the ability to interact with customers and industry

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, marketing, or sales in construction or related industries.
• 4-year college degree required.
• Ability to interact with customers, architects, and industry professionals.
• Ability to travel regionally and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize regional project opportunities.
• Develop short- and long-term business development plans.
• Measure results against plans and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Build and nurture relationships with targeted customers and influencers.
• Lead presentations for proposals and interviews.
• Represent Nabholz at trade shows and industry events.
• Work with Marketing and Regional Director on PR and marketing initiatives.
• Occasional overnight travel and remote work as needed.
