ABB in the United States is seeking a Construction Sales Engineer to drive ABB Electrification products sales in Columbus, OH and surrounding areas. This remote role requires you to be located in the Columbus trade area and to meet both qualitative and quantitative targets while developing new opportunities.

You will build strong relationships with electrical contractors and channel partners, prepare offers with the bid team, and ensure technical and financial aspects align with ABB's strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in large commercial construction.
• Experience with electrical contractors and channel partners.
• Knowledge of the region’s electrical industry and ABB products.
• Proficiency with sales tools; Salesforce.com experience preferred.
• Six Sigma training or equivalent quality training is a plus.
• Understanding of ABB product and service portfolio, including power distribution products.

Responsabilidades

• Sell ABB Electrification products to customers in Columbus, OH and surrounding areas, targeting volume, mix and profitability.
• Create added value for customers and ABB, ensuring successful transactions and proposals.
• Communicate delivery times, payments, and terms in line with ABB offering and strategy.
• Prepare offers with bid/proposal department and ensure technical/financial aspects are solid.
