Job summary

ABB is seeking a results-driven professional to develop complex proposals for the Commercial Construction market in the United States. You will analyze RFPs, configure ABB products, and coordinate with proposal resources to deliver clean, competitive orders that balance profitability and customer needs.

The role is remote, reports to Sales Support Manager, and supports Electrification Smart Buildings in the U.S. Requires a strong background in electrical distribution and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field strongly preferred.
• 5+ years experience in electrical distribution or related field focused on sales and project quotations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create clean, competitive proposals for Commercial Contractor projects.
• Collaborate with factory proposal teams, application engineers, product managers, and Sales Managers/Reps to guide strategy.
• Attend Strategy and Risk Meetings to align priorities and ensure profitable projects.
• Provide training resources and mentor to support project execution from award.
