Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in electrical distribution sales and project quotations.
• Strong communication and leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Create clean, competitive proposals for Commercial Contractor projects.
• Collaborate with factory proposal teams, engineers, product managers, and sales reps.
• Lead strategy and risk meetings to align priorities for project success.
• Seek training and mentorship to ensure awarded projects are executable and profitable.
