ABB in the United States seeks a Proposal Specialist focused on the Commercial Construction market. You will develop complex proposals by analyzing RFPs, align with ABB processes, and coordinate with engineers, product managers, and sales teams to balance profitability with customer needs.

This remote role supports the Electrification Smart Buildings Division in the U.S., requiring strong technical understanding of electrical distribution and ABB Empower tools, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in electrical distribution sales or quotations.
• Experience with proposal development and RFP analysis.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create clean, competitive, compliant, and compelling proposals for Commercial Contractor projects.
• Collaborate with factory proposal teams, engineers, product managers, and sales managers to guide proposal strategy.
• Organize Strategy and Risk Meetings to align on priorities and ensure project success.
• Work with project management to ensure awarded projects are executable and profitable.
