Job summary

PeopleReady Skilled Trades in Austin/San Antonio is seeking an Account Manager to grow our market through outside and inside sales. You will prospect, qualify, and close new business while managing a dynamic sales pipeline and forging strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, a solid understanding of the construction industry, and a proven track record in territory development. AHS Diploma is required and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct/outside sales/B2B experience in construction and/or staffing.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
• Experience building sales territories rather than inheriting markets.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships with business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads, meet or exceed revenue targets and gross margins.
• Develop proposals with pricing per guidelines and escalate as needed.
• Manage sales process and pipeline using Salesforce.
• Collaborate across recruiting, safety, and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Spend at least 75% of time in customer-facing activities and build strong relationships.
