Qualifications

• 2+ years direct/outside sales/B2B experience in construction or staffing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on closing.
• Ability to build and manage sales territories and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads, cold call, set appointments, and advance a sales funnel to close.
• Prospect and maintain relationships with contractors and subcontractors in Philadelphia.
• Meet or exceed revenue, gross margin targets, and manage aging within terms.
• Use Salesforce to manage pipeline and coordinate with internal teams.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction.
