Qualifications

• 5-8 years construction related experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, decisive and adaptable to change.
• Technically competent with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and project management software.
• Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff.
• Experience working independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety concepts and practices.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce safety requirements.
• Manage a team of direct reports.
• Develop scopes of work and proposals for larger projects.
• Lead scheduling, budgeting and document management.
• Provide leadership to meet project milestones.
• Track and report project results and metrics.

• Ensure contract compliance and manage changes.
• Manage project risks to protect budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
