Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct people leadership for Project Managers and Site Superintendents.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with regional goals and standards.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex project issues (scope, schedule, budget).
• Lead pre-bid activities, including plan reviews and risk identification.
