Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation – A Division of McGrath in Livermore, CA is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from contract to completion. You will oversee resources, schedules, budgets, safety, and quality, using BuilderTrend to track progress and communicate with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years of construction experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years construction related experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable to change and deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and project software.
• Team-building with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Able to read construction plans and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce safety requirements per standards.
• Lead scheduling, budget and document management from Contract to Completion.
• Provide status reporting to leadership using Builder Trend.
• Hire, manage and mentor project support positions as needed.
• Procure subcontractors and suppliers to meet objectives.
• Chairs project team meetings and manages risks and changes.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety protocols.
