Job summary

RemoteFetch is seeking a Project Manager in the Livermore, CA area. You will lead projects from contract to completion, coordinating resources, schedules and budgets while ensuring safety and quality. Builders Trend will be used to track progress and communicate with stakeholders.

You will mentor team members, manage risks, and drive on-time delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction. Occasional travel to job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication abilities across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience managing projects from contract to completion with safety oversight.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint for planning and reporting.
• Ability to develop scopes of work, responsibilities, and proposals for projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce safety requirements across projects and sites.
• Lead scheduling, budgeting, and document management from contract to completion.
• Mentor project staff including PMs, superintendents, and admin roles.
• Track metrics, report progress, and manage risks and change requests.
• Utilize Builder Trend for status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Procure subcontractors and suppliers to meet objectives on time and within budget.
• Chairs project team meetings and aligns activities with goals.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.
• Travel to job sites as required (approximately 50%).
