Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Studies, or related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience with guidance to independent work.
• Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) preferred or willingness to pursue.
• Able to read and interpret civil, structural, electrical, geotechnical drawings.
• Foundational understanding of construction processes and testing (pile load testing).
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined documentation across workflows.
• Strong communication to gather field information and coordinate with teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CAD, GIS, drone capture tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support warranty forensics by collecting field data and documenting findings.
• Assist with deployment of new construction technologies (GPS, drones, machine control).
• Coordinate daily engineering information flow to field teams and manage RFIs.
• Document pile load testing procedures and results and ensure alignment with standards.
• Maintain and organize engineering documents, drawings, data rooms, and submittals.
• Identify constructability issues and communicate risks to project teams.
