Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Studies, or closely related field.
  • Engineerin‑Training (EIT) certification preferred or willingness to pursue.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (civil, structural, electrical, geotechnical).
  • Foundational understanding of construction processes, testing practices (pile load testing), and engineering documentation.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and disciplined documentation.
  • Problem-solving mindset to identify inconsistencies and elevate concerns.
  • Strong communication skills for updating designs and field information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word; exposure to CAD, GIS, drone platforms, GPS datasets preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate field data gathering and document control across warranty, tech implementation, and design phases.
  • Support warranty forensics by compiling field data and comparing conditions to design standards.
  • Assist in deploying new construction technologies and maintaining datasets for GPS machine control and drone data.
  • Manage RFIs with clear questions and traceable responses to keep project schedules.
  • Ensure timely distribution of drawings, clarifications, and consultant responses to field teams.
  • Monitor deliverable timelines and aid in mitigation with engineering partners.
  • Support pre-construction pile load testing coordination and data organization.
