Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
  • EIT preferred or willingness to pursue certification.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret civil, structural, electrical, and geotechnical drawings.
  • Experience with construction processes and testing practices like pile load testing.
  • High attention to detail and disciplined documentation across workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily engineering information flow to field teams and manage drawing updates.
  • Draft clear RFIs, route to the correct discipline, and track closure to avoid delays.
  • Interpret SOLV standards, contract requirements, and permit conditions.
  • Maintain drawing sets, data rooms, exhibits, submittals, and version control.
  • Support constructability reviews and mitigate field risks with engineering partners.
  • Prepare logs and summaries for owner/IE comment cycles and project managers.
  • Monitor deliverables and assist with remediation and technology implementation.
