Job summary

SOLV Energy seeks a Construction Engineer I for the EPC operations. The role is remote with travel, starting as a contingent position with the potential to move to a permanent role.

You will support warranty analysis, emerging technologies implementation, and construction engineering coordination across field teams and clients. You will review drawings, manage documentation, coordinate RFIs, and help implement new technology SOPs while maintaining rigorous data control and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience with guidance to growth toward independent execution.
• Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification preferred or willingness to pursue.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (civil, structural, electrical, geotechnical).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CAD/GIS/drone exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warranty forensics data gathering and documentation.
• Emerging technologies deployment support including GPS, drone data, and machine control datasets.
• Coordinate daily engineering information flow to field teams and manage RFIs to keep schedules on track.
• Prepare and maintain engineering datasets and SOPs for technology-enabled processes.
