Job summary

North American Risk Services (NARS) invites a results-driven Claims Unit Manager, specializing in Construction Defect, to join remotely and lead a team of 5–8 claims professionals. You will oversee caseloads, enforce standards, and drive audits while maintaining client confidentiality and service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of claims and litigation experience, 2+ years in supervision, applicable designations, and a Florida or other jurisdictional license.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall claims and litigation experience.
• Experience supervising a claims team is preferred.
• Professional licenses or designations show commitment to the field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise unit of 5–8 claims professionals and their caseloads.
• Ensure adherence to file handling standards and audits.
• Lead with a service-oriented culture and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership to achieve key business goals and maintain client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with QA to meet company objectives and respond to appeals.
