North American Risk Services (NARS) is looking for a Claims Unit Manager specializing in Construction Defect. This remote position supervises a team of 5-8 claims professionals and focuses on achieving key business goals while adhering to all standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of claims and litigation experience, including supervisory roles, as well as the necessary licenses. The salary range is $100,000 - $140,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based raises.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall claims and litigation experience required.
• Preferred 2+ years of claims supervisory experience.
• California Adjuster's License required.

Responsibilities
