Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain schedules of detailed activities to accomplish procurement objectives for clients.
• Implement project procedures from identification to construction execution for Job Orders.
• Read and review construction plans and factual price proposals.
• Train contractors in Gordian software and client procedures for bidding.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
