Job summary

Gordian, part of Fortive, seeks a Senior Construction Account Manager based in New Jersey to lead the NJ Operations team and drive Gordian''s JOC-based procurement services for clients in the state.

You will oversee price proposals, train contractors on Gordian software, and coordinate with clients to deliver projects on time and within budget while leveraging Gordian data and software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable work experience.
• Extensive experience in commercial public construction operations, pricing, and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the NJ Operations team and safeguard Gordian's interests in New Jersey.
• Prepare and manage schedules of activities to meet procurement objectives for clients.
• Oversee scope development, proposal reviews, contract compliance from identification to notice to proceed.
• Read construction plans and perform price proposal reviews; create and review line item proposals.
• Train contractors in Gordian software and client procedures, assist in contract bidding.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide strategic input to the Regional Director on NJ customers and market dynamics.
