Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in construction procurement or management.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain schedules of detailed activities to accomplish procurement objectives.
• Train contractors in Gordian software and client procedures.
• Manage multiple accounts and drive client retention and upsells.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on procurement and contract renewals.
