Job summary

Gordian is seeking an Account Manager based in Georgia who brings professionalism and construction knowledge to deliver results using Gordian’s construction data and software. The role focuses on supporting and training clients in Job Order Contracting (JOC) with a geographic focus for government, education, and other sectors.

Responsibilities include planning procurement activities, overseeing project scopes, training contractors in Gordian tools, and ensuring contracts and proposals meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field, or comparable work experience.
• 5+ years of construction procurement, construction management, or general contracting related experience in facilities and road construction preferred.
• Extensive knowledge in public construction operations, pricing, contracting, and estimating/price proposal development.
• High level analytical skills and ability to manage several projects concurrently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience developing tracking documents and reports.
• Job Order Contracting or IDIQ experience required; knowledge of public procurement methods.
• Ability to travel 30-50%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain schedules of detailed activities to accomplish procurement objectives for clients.
• Oversee project scope development, proposal review, and contract compliance through to notice to proceed and construction execution.
• Read construction plans and conduct price proposal reviews; create and review detailed line item proposals.
• Train contractors in Gordian software and client procedures; assist in contract bidding.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
