Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 1 year of conflicts or legal assistant experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Perform conflicts of interest searches for lawyers and staff.
- Review information submitted for accuracy and follow up as needed.
- Research corporate history and affiliations of clients and parties.
- Use Boolean searches to query the conflicts database.
- Summarize basis for potential conflicts for lawyers.
