Qualifications

• JD from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in one or more states.
• At least 2 years clearing conflicts at a large law firm.

Responsibilities

• Research, review and analyze conflicts to identify potential issues.
• Advise attorneys on conflicts clearance and matter openings.
• Use the conflicts system to document steps and updates.
