Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP seeks a Senior Analyst for New Business Conflicts Clearance in its New York office. The role requires on-site presence three days per week, with possible fully remote candidates in select states who can work EST hours.

You will perform conflicts checks, maintain the conflicts database, and collaborate with attorneys and compliance teams to ensure accurate matter openings and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services firm.
• Experience in a conflicts department at an Am Law 200 firm preferred.
• Familiarity with conflicts databases such as iManage or Intapp.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conflicts checks and maintain records in the conflicts database.
• Review reports to identify potential conflicts of interest.
• Collaborate with Attorneys and Office of the General Counsel to resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure data integrity and compliance.
