Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to support the firm’s new business intake process. The role involves analyzing conflict check inquiries with Conflicts Attorneys and applying business rules to determine acceptability under ethical rules and internal policies.

You will gather information from internal/external databases, research prospective clients, and prepare waivers while ensuring data accuracy and timely processing in a fast-paced, global law firm environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.

Mansioni

• Analyze conflict check inquiries for Firm-wide new business and conflicts of interest with Conflict Attorneys.
• Prepare and obtain conflicts waivers.
• Monitor and review new intake forms to ensure submitted party information is correct and complete.
• Gather information from internal and external databases and involved attorneys to assess conflicts and provide risk assessment.
