Job summary

Fisher Phillips LLP is seeking a fully remote conflicts analyst based on the West Coast time zones. The role requires ownership of intake processes, in-depth conflicts screening for new clients and matters, and coordination with attorneys and staff to ensure timely matter openings.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years in a law firm environment focusing on new business and conflicts, and hands-on experience with Intapp, iManage, and Aderant.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in a law firm with new business and conflicts experience.
• Experience with Intapp, iManage and Aderant.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan and coordinate work.

Responsibilities

• Provide contextual analysis of conflicts results and manage intake from attorneys and others.
• Perform conflict searches to facilitate processing of change requests and assist department manager with lateral conflicts checks.
• Review new matter requests for accuracy and adherence to firm policy and procedures.
• Ensure timely processing of new matter intake forms within Intapp and communicate with attorneys and staff regarding matter opening procedures.
• Assist in firm technology projects involving new business intake.
