Job summary

• Minimum three years in a law firm environment with new business and conflicts experience.
• Experience with Intapp, iManage and Aderant.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently plan, coordinate, and bring projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide contextual analysis of conflicts results and manage intake requests from attorneys and staff.
• Perform conflict searches to facilitate change requests and assist the department manager with lateral conflicts checks.
• Review new matter requests for accuracy and adherence to firm policy.
• Ensure timely processing of new matter intake forms within IntAPP.
• Communicate with lawyers and legal administrative assistants about matter opening procedures.
• Assist in firm technology projects involving new business intake.
