Job summary

Fisher Phillips is seeking an experienced Conflicts Attorney to join the New Business Intake team. Based remotely to cover East and West Coast regions, you will evaluate and resolve conflicts for new business, lateral hires, and RFPs, collaborating with General Counsel and attorneys firm-wide.

The role requires 2+ years in conflicts analysis within a law firm, JD and active bar admission, and strong ethics knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on conflicts experience in a law firm.
• Active bar membership in good standing in relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of conflicts rules and legal ethics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflict reports and identify potential conflicts of interest.
• Coordinate with Risk Management, General Counsel, or Intake teams.
• Prepare clear communications and recommendations to attorneys.
• Draft consents and conflicts waivers compliant with standards.
• Maintain conflicts database and assist in policy development.
