Job summary

Fisher Phillips LLP is seeking a detail-oriented conflicts analyst to manage new business intake and conflicts evaluation for a fully remote role based in the West Coast time zones. You will collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure accurate and timely conflict handling and matter opening.

Ideal candidates bring at least three years in a law firm environment with conflicts experience, familiarity with Intapp, iManage and Aderant, and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of law firm experience in new business and conflicts.
• Experience with Intapp, iManage and Aderant.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to independently plan and coordinate tasks.
• Good judgment handling confidential information.
• Ability to communicate with attorneys and firm personnel at all levels.
• Self-motivation, self-direction, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Extensive experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
• Ability to foster and grow positive team-oriented relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide contextual analysis of conflicts results and manage intake from attorneys and others.
• Perform conflict searches to facilitate change requests and assist in the conflict process.
• Review new matters for accuracy and adherence to firm policy.
• Process new matter intake forms within Intapp and communicate with lawyers and admins.
• Assist in firm technology projects involving new business intake.
• Other duties as assigned.
