Job summary

Fisher Phillips LLP is seeking a Conflict Analyst to be fully remote, based in the West Coast time zones. The role requires at least three years in a law firm handling new business and conflicts, with hands-on experience using Intapp, iManage and Aderant.

You'll manage matter intake, perform conflict searches for new clients and matters, and support the change request process while coordinating with attorneys and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in a law firm handling new business and conflicts.
• Experience with Intapp, iManage and Aderant.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide contextual analysis of conflicts results and manage intake from attorneys and departments.
• Perform conflict searches for new matters and clients and review results.
• Assist in matter opening procedures and ensure timely intake processing.
• Support firm technology projects related to new business intake.
• Communicate with lawyers and assistants to answer questions about matter openings.
