Job summary

Vail Resorts, Inc. is seeking an Epic Ascent Supervisor to lead the Epic Ascent Concierge team, partnering with Ski & Snowboard School, Product Sales & Services, and resort partners to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

This full-time winter seasonal role focuses on coaching, coordinating private lessons and premium experiences, while guiding staffing and ensuring alignment with Epic Service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in guest services, hospitality, reservations, concierge, or operations leadership.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily operations of the Epic Ascent Concierge team, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
• Coach, train, and develop team members through ongoing feedback and performance support.
• Serve as an escalation point for guest, instructor, and operational issues, delivering timely resolutions.
• Coordinate private lessons, specialty experiences, and premium guest requests to ensure seamless execution.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to meet business and service needs.
• Monitor service quality, productivity, and operational performance while driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with Ski & Snowboard School, Product Sales & Services, and other resort teams to deliver an elevated guest experience.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and Epic Service standards.
