Vail Resorts, Inc. seeks a proven leader for the Epic Ascent Concierge team to drive frontline service for private lessons, specialty experiences, and premium resort offerings.

You will coach and coordinate with partners across the Ski & Snowboard School and Product Sales teams to ensure seamless execution and elevated guest experiences. The role emphasizes staffing, workforce readiness, and adherence to Epic Service standards within a winter seasonal 2026/2027 context.

Competenze

• 2+ years in guest services, hospitality, reservations, concierge, or operations leadership.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Lead and support the daily operations of the Epic Ascent Concierge team, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
• Coach, train, and develop team members through ongoing feedback and performance support.
• Serve as an escalation point for guest, instructor, and operational issues, delivering timely resolutions.
• Coordinate private lessons, specialty experiences, and premium guest requests to ensure seamless execution.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to meet business and service needs.
• Monitor service quality, productivity, and operational performance while driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with Ski & Snowboard School, Product Sales & Services, and other resort teams to deliver an elevated guest experience.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and Epic Service standards.
