The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years in concierge healthcare or high-touch environments, strong tech fluency, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in concierge healthcare, medical administration, hospitality, customer success, or another high-touch service environment.
• Exceptional technological fluency; comfortable navigating multiple platforms and learning new software.
• Experience with digital operations tools including EHR systems and CRM/ticketing platforms.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to adapt in a growing organization.
• Excellent communication, organization, and discretion when handling patient information.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional patient experiences through polished, personalized support via phone, text, and digital communications.
• Coordinate care and patient logistics: scheduling, prep, follow-ups, referrals, and team communication.
• Own patient requests from start to finish, keeping organized records and following through.
• Navigate and optimize our digital tools and systems (EHR, scheduling, CRM, collaboration tools).
• Help shape evolving operations by testing workflows and documenting processes for efficiency.
• Contribute as a versatile team member across administrative and operational tasks as needs evolve.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and patient experience and implement practical solutions.
