You will manage scheduling, documentation, and cross-team coordination while maintaining calm, organized workflows in a fast-paced remote setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate diagnostic evaluations.
• Collect and verify intake information, insurance details, and required documentation.
• Follow up with patients regarding missing forms or appointment requirements.
• Respond professionally and empathetically to patient questions and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems.
• Coordinate with operations and clinical teams to resolve scheduling or workflow issues.
• Research and provide post-diagnosis support resources when needed.
• Help identify recurring operational issues and suggest workflow improvements.
