First Quality Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Compute Services Manager to lead Data Center Services and Cloud Platform & Infrastructure Operations. This role focuses on delivering high-availability compute, virtualization, storage, and backup services across on-premises and cloud environments.

You will drive standardization, modernization, and governance in collaboration with adjacent teams while developing the skills of team members to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience with compute, virtualization and cloud technologies.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing technical teams.
• Experience with VMware, Nutanix AHV, and Azure compute services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Compute Services organization (Data Center Services and Cloud Platform & Infra Operations).
• Develop technology roadmaps for compute, virtualization, storage, backup, and hybrid cloud platforms.
• Drive talent development and coaching across teams to enable growth.
• Ensure compliant architectural standards across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Oversee design, implementation and lifecycle management of on-premises compute platforms and backups.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement for compute platforms.
