Job summary

Network Health is seeking a Manager of Cloud Engineering to drive modernization of data centers and accelerate cloud adoption for redundancy. The role fosters collaboration between technology and business teams and guides cloud infrastructure strategy in a hybrid work model across Wisconsin.

The position requires strong leadership, 5+ years in data centers, and 2+ years in cloud-based infrastructure with possible CCIO/CITP certifications.

Qualifications

Associate degree or 4 years of directly related experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 years experience in a cloud-based infrastructure role.
2 years leadership experience.
5+ years experience in a data center environment.
CCIO/CITP or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct the vision, design, and deployment of cloud infrastructure to meet business needs.
Lead end-to-end cloud lifecycle including architecture, security, resources, and operations.
Align technology strategy with company goals and daily operations.
Develop cloud architectures considering networking, security, scalability and availability.
Build a high-performing technology team aligned with company culture and strategy.
Resolve escalated issues and manage resource planning.
Develop IT standards, governance, and performance metrics for IT services.
Negotiate and manage SLAs with vendors and internal departments.
Collaborate with departments to ensure information systems meet business needs.
Formulate IT policies, procedures, and performance measures.
