Job summary

First Quality is seeking a Compute Services Manager to lead the Data Center Services and Cloud Platform & Infrastructure Operations teams in a remote role. You will drive standardization across on‑premises and cloud compute platforms, develop roadmaps, and ensure a smooth transition from design to operations.

You will collaborate with Identity & Integration, Network Services, Information Security, and Digital Workplace teams to deliver reliable compute services and innovation supporting

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience with compute, virtualization, and cloud.
• 5+ years of leadership or management overseeing technical teams.
• Technical foundation in server infrastructure and hypervisors such as VMware and Nutanix AHV.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, authentication, and identity integration.
• Experience with Azure compute services, landing zones, automation, and FinOps.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Compute Services including Data Center and Cloud Platform teams.
• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps for compute and hybrid cloud platforms.
• Coach and develop team members and ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure architectural standards across on‑premises and cloud compute environments.
• Oversee design, implementation, and lifecycle of on‑premises compute platforms.
