Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day IT services across our corporate office and growing data center portfolio. You will own run‑the‑business IT operations, ensure infrastructure health, patching, backups, and network availability, while developing a team of systems, network, and helpdesk professionals.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive IT infrastructure and operations experience, including 2+ years directly managing or leading technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the IT Operations team across systems, network, and helpdesk.
• Own IT service delivery outcomes including SLA performance and customer satisfaction.
• Remain hands-on across Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, M365, backups, and networking.
• Travel 30-40% to lead the IT scope of new data center site deployments.
• Oversee patching, backups, storage, and asset lifecycle.
• Partner on Grafana observability and security/compliance efforts.
• Manage vendor contracts, licensing, and budgeting.
• Create runbooks and documentation for supportability.
