Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking an experienced, player-coach IT Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of IT services across our corporate office and growing data center portfolio.

Reporting to the VP of IT & Cybersecurity, you will own run-the-business IT operations — service delivery, infrastructure health, patching, backups, and network availability — while leading and developing a team of systems, network, and helpdesk professionals.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive IT infrastructure and operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the IT Operations team.
• Own IT service delivery, SLA performance, and reporting.
• Remain hands-on across core stack during deployments.
• Travel to deploy new data centers and support go-lives.
• Manage patching, backups, and hardware lifecycle.
• Oversee Grafana observability and incident response.
• Partner on security baselines and audits.
• Manage IT vendors and budgeting.
• Maintain runbooks and change-management documentation.
