Job summary

Network Health is seeking a Manager of Cloud Engineering to accelerate data center modernization while deploying cloud technologies to enhance redundancy and resilience. The role emphasizes collaboration across technology and business teams and a hybrid work model with options to work from home or at Brookfield or Menasha offices.

The position requires 5+ years in data-center focused IT, 2+ years in leadership, and cloud infrastructure expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate Degree in a computer science related field or 4 years of directly related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data centers or cloud-focused IT.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in IT.
• Certifications CCIO or CITP or related are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct vision, design, and deployment of cloud infrastructure across compute, storage, and network systems.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of cloud environments, including architecture planning, security, provisioning, and operation.
• Drive technology strategy aligned with company goals to support daily operations now and in the future.
• Develop enterprise cloud architectures with emphasis on scalability, security, and availability.
• Build and empower a high-performing technology team aligned with culture and objectives.
• Ensure timely resolution of escalated issues and manage resources accordingly.
• Develop and enforce IT standards, governance processes, and performance metrics.
• Negotiate and manage SLAs with external vendors and internal departments.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure information systems meet needs and drive improvements.
• Formulate IT policies, procedures, and performance measures; prepare budgets and forecasts.
