Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join our Compliance & Reporting customer team. This role helps shape a brand-new team responsible for building configurable reports that enable Mark43 to expand into new markets and support customers in new jurisdictions.

You will partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer reporting needs into scalable technical solutions, develop configurable forms and workflows, and improve the

Qualifications

Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
Experience with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript or JSON.
Strong problem-solving and communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate reporting needs into scalable solutions.
Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization while meeting requirements.
Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges and improve the product.
Help establish engineering standards and best practices for a new team.
Write and maintain scripts to support form configuration and automation.
Improve documentation and tooling for easier compliance reporting.
