Job summary

Mark43 is hiring a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join a brand-new team building configurable reports for expanding into new markets. You will work across Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer reporting needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will configure forms and workflows, troubleshoot compliance challenges with customers, and help establish engineering standards for a growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with scripting/configuration technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, or similar languages.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication with customers when needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate reporting needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to meet diverse requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges with customers.
