Qualifications

• Public safety technology experience is required.
• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and JSON for scripting/configuration.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure reporting forms that meet state-specific compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Success, Solutions, Product, and Engineering to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and workflows to reduce customization while meeting diverse needs.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance issues with customers to improve the product.
• Help establish engineering standards and best practices for a new team.
