Job summary

Mark43 is hiring a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join a newly formed team focused on configurable reports that unlock growth into new markets and jurisdictions.

You will collaborate across Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable reporting solutions, write scripts in JavaScript and JSON, and help establish engineering standards for the team.

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with Forms.io is strongly preferred.
• Experience with JavaScript and JSON for form configuration.
• Ability translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Built and configured reporting forms that satisfy state-specific compliance requirements, helping customers deploy Mark43 in new jurisdictions.
• Partnered with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to understand customer reporting needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Developed configurable forms and reporting workflows that reduce customization while meeting diverse customer requirements.
• Worked with customers to troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges and identify opportunities to improve the product.
• Helped establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for a brand new team that will play a key role in Mark43's continued growth.
• Wrote and maintained scripts using JavaScript, JSON, and related technologies to support form configuration and automation.
• Improved internal documentation and tooling to make compliance reporting easier to build, maintain, and scale.
