Mark43 seeks a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join the Compliance & Reporting customer team. This role helps build configurable reports for expansion into new jurisdictions, impacting deployment speed and compliance across state and agency requirements.

Ideal candidates have experience with forms/workflows, scripting/configuration (JavaScript, JSON), and collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with scripting and configuration technologies like JavaScript and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure reporting forms for state-specific compliance.
• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and workflows to reduce customization while meeting requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges and identify product improvements.
• Help establish engineering standards and best practices for a brand-new team.
• Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, JSON, and related technologies.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling to ease compliance reporting.
