Job summary

Mark43 is building a Compliance & Reporting engineering team to deliver configurable reports that enable expansion into new markets and jurisdictions. The role focuses on translating customer needs into scalable reporting solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will help shape processes, write scripts in JavaScript/JSON, and improve tooling, all while supporting customers and ensuring regulatory compliance across states.

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, or similar languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with customers when needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer reporting needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization while meeting diverse requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges and identify opportunities to improve the product.
• Help establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for a brand new team.
