Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a fully remote contract role, operating on Eastern Time hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with possible overtime. The initial assignment is for 6 months, with potential extension.

Responsibilities include preparing export/import authorizations, reviewing ITAR and EAR documentation, and maintaining legal files and tracking tools. Experience with OCR EASE Global Trade software is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR and EAR regulations is required.
• Strong records management and project coordination skills.
• Experience drafting ITAR/EAR licenses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and administer export/import authorizations.
• Review trade compliance docs for ITAR/EAR compliance.
• Maintain legal files, records, investigations, and compliance matters.
• Create and maintain tracking tools and records.
• Support audits and Global Trade projects.
